Free Consultation • 15 minutes
A conversation via video or phone. Always free! A chance to get to know each other without judgment or pressure and address immediate concerns. Initial intake available to schedule at the end of our call.

Initial Intake $175 • up to 75 minutes
The first full session. More time devoted to get to know you, give you the opportunity to ask any questions, and create space to develop a roadmap for future work.

Individual Session $150 • 50-55 minutes
Standard weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions, determined by your needs and your schedule.
